The PVC gypsum board production line can divide into two parts: 1. the gypsum board production line. 2. the PVC lamination machine. The two lines have adopted the advanced technology: the DOS and PLC control system. This set of machine is used to overlay PVC film, aluminium-foil paper, wood-grain paper and boeing film on the gypsum board, magnesium oxide board, three-ply board, five-ply board, flakeboard, MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) and fire-resistant board. Otherwise, high degree of automation, low consumption, high efficiency, small investment and cost-recovery fastly etc, all are the features of them.
